CAREER SUMMARY

Tim completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) at UNSW in 1983. He spent six years in construction and property development before founding Infrastructure Control Services (ICS) – a digital innovation consultancy. By 1998, ICS Group employed over 200 people and had $20m revenue from projects in 33 countries. In 1999, Tim listed ICS Group on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as ICSGlobal Limited [ASX:ICS] (www.icsglobal.com.au) and re-focused the company on a green-fields opportunity to digitise online healthcare claims and payments, developing the “medical banking” clearinghouse for the private healthcare sector which became known as ‘Thelma’ (www.thelma.com.au). Tim was CEO of ICSGlobal Ltd until 2010, expanding the medical banking business into UK and US through acquisitions and organic growth. Tim was a Non-Executive Director of ICSGlobal Ltd from 2010-2011. He founded CSP Innovate in 2010.
