program that produced staggering business outcomes between 2009 – 2012:


▲ Membership: 85% increase (includes members under management)
▲ Staff numbers: 108% increase (from 23 to 48)
▲ Customer satisfaction: slight increase (from 98% satisfaction at the outset)
▲ Revenue: 54% increase ($55.9m to $86m)
▲ Profit: 233% increase ($2.1m to $4.9m)
▲ Growth forecast: 10% – 15% per annum compound (industry average 3%)
